==========Javascript or PHP============== Hello Coders, Please see the attached HTML file. 1. The file has a form with 20 questions. 2. Corresponding to each question is a response in the form of FIVE radio buttons. The radio buttons have a value from 1 to 5. 3. All the points corresponding to the questions add up and the final score is displayed. 4. Since the min value is 1 and max is 5, and there are 20 questions, the min score is 20 and max is 100. 5. IMPORTANT: When the 'Calculate' button is hit, a small message is displayed, depending on the score. There are following score groups: (a) 80-100: You scored xx. You have a very clear sense of who you are, what's important to you in your next job, and are able to take the correct steps to get there. (b) 60-80: You scored xx. You have a pretty good handle on things, but could use some additional assistance. (c) 40-60: You scored xx. You are beginning to understand what's important to you, but have a long way to go. You could definitely use the services of a career coach. (d)20-40: You scored xx. Receiving help from a qualified career coach is your number 1 priority! The form processing script can either be Javascript or PHP - its upto the coder. I will select a winning bidder today. If you have any better ideas, please feel free to tell me. Happy Bidding.
