Website Modifications

Description: Website Problems: Problem/Job request 1 - I have 4 scripts that need the ability to email using the username/id of my registered customer. In other words, instead of placing a smtp address they can type "admin" and the email will send to the registered smtp address. However, with 3 of the scripts I would like not only the results email which will be the easy part. But also what the customer answered to get those results. The 3 scripts is a questionnaire type scripts which gives a result by what you inputted. Problem/Job request 2 - Need Verisign Pro Flow working on this site, I have a working [login to view URL] as well as a log table for verisign however, I need it to be embedded in the Admin console of my website to work for my customers when they purchase items, or memberships. The verisign may need some minor modification to fit the new website. Problem/Job request 3 - Once loged in as a customer Need a section called My Membership which advised the customer of their current status and the ability to upgrade. I have also created the link in the members sections. However, Need website to be setup so that members can have a free trial membership will be given for specified amount of time which is controlled within the Admin console. I need an option to upgrade membership as a paying customer which will automatically enable the "contact member", "add to contact" "block member" "add favorites". Need Functionality of "add to contact" "block member" "add favorites" icons to be disabled until members pay for upgrade. Members and Admin will need to know when their membership expires. At this time, this site is a free site with the except of gift shop. Imposing the above will make this a paying site. Problem/Job request - 4 Need Voicemail messaging icon where ""contact member", "add to contact" "block member" "add favorites" icons are located. "Voicemail messaging icon" enabling and disabling is a separate paying function. Customers will pay for it similar to "Make feature" tab in which an email is sent to Admin and admin will enable the icon through Admin Console. Therefore If an interested user click this icon, an email will be sent to the person. I have already created the email which is in MYSQL with all of the other Admin messages. Just need the functionality and the icon. Problem/Job request 5 - In advanced search for members, I need zip code search with radius to be added. I have purchased the zip code php and instructions as well as the zip code table installed. However, I need the functionality to work. I have added the slot where the users can type the zip code, but it pulls all users (i.e. search for someone in Houston, but it pulls both San Antonio and Houston). Problem/Job request 6 - Would like a 12 year calender in which the Admin can select a state and upload current events. Would like the ability to upload photos and submit links. For the members to view the calender: Calender will be populated based on state so user will only see calender based on the registered state. I have already created a link in the members sections. which is shown on the upper left hand panel (before Logout) where "my profile" "my contact list" and etc.. Problem/Job request 7 - When you register as a new member, although it is not suppose to, it appears the site is requiring you to upload a photo to complete registration. Even after you upload, it does not post. You have to repost it again once you are inside the members section of the site. I need a) there not to be a requirement to upload a photo and b)if someone uploads a photo, I do not want them to have to upload a photo again because the first upload did not work. IMPORTANT: I need to know how long it will take you Also I need daily communication. PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE PROVIDING HOURLY RATES. I NEED FLAT RATE. I CAN NOT MONITOR HOURLY WORK. I AM WILLING TO PROVIDE READ ACCESS TO CODE AND DATABASE TO GET AN ESTIMATE. I MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL WORK FOR FUTURE CHANGES.
