Wordpress Featured Images Fix, REPOST

This is a repost, i need this done in ONE DAY OR LESS. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT DO THIS TODAY, AND HAVE IT COMPLETED BY TOMORROW MORNING THE LATEST!!!! Please do not waste my time if you do not know what you are doing!!! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE TIME, DO NOT BID. IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON MULTIPLE PROJECTS, DO NOT BID!!!!! I have an issue with featured images not being the correct size when displayed on the front page featured story slider. I have a script that auto posts to wordpress from a protected xml feed. When I manually add a post, the images are correctly displayed. When the script adds a post, the images are not correctly displayed. I can't figure it out, im sure this will only take about 15-20 minutes to figure out. I have attached 2 screen shots so that you can see what I mean about not being displayed correctly. The images need to be correctly resized, and proportionally so that it keeps the aspect ratio in tact. ALL IMAGES MUST FIT IN THE BOX PROPORTIONALLY!! ONLY BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU CAN COMPLETE WITHIN 1 DAY OR LESS! I MUST BE ALLOWED TO TEST THE PLUGIN FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE PAYMENT IS RELEASED.
