542039 Configure 1and1 dedicated Server Plesk 10.4/PHP

I'm trying to setup a Windows dedicated server through 1and1.com. It has Plesk Panel 10.4 and php 5.2.17 I had to install pear (not 100% sure I have done that correctly, but running pear list from the command prompt lists what is installed)... However, on a test site, when when trying to include a file, I receive an php error about the included file. This script / site has worked on a linux VPS with plesk 8.6, a windows plesk with 9.5 but isn't on this dedicated server. There must be something in the configuration (possibly the [login to view URL] include path)... Need someone to configure the windows server for the following: - configure server so include() commands work as well as other typical php commands - Setup PHP error logging by domain Optional: - want non thread safe php 5.2.17 installed - install Wincache windows accelerator (or similar to speed joomla website performance) - install ioncube encoder (optional) Successful project will allow me to migrate a couple of sites and verify they work (worked on prior dedicated server)...Also, server experience with Plesk 10.4.4 and windows web server 2008 preferred...
