Joomla Component Customisation (Expert only!)

ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN DO THE FOLLOWING We are creating a website on Joomla - we need someone to code the following component for Joomla 2.5 We want a paypal token systen that allows people to buy credits and use those credits to guess a word. People use their credits in the guess section. Each guess requires 1 credit. We would like the component to be have the following capabilities for backend: 1. Setup individual and multiple word guesses ( we would like to upload a picture to that word) that posts to a section or page in Joomla. Which requires registration and credits before guessing. 2. With the option to display a countdown timer below the "guess section" for the word (Able to turn off on or off in backend) 3. Each guess requires 1 Guess credit, credits purchased through paypal and then credit is added to user account 4. Notification to the admin when the word is correctly guessed 5. Notification to the user for an Incorrect guess and removal of 1 credit 6. Notification to the user for a Correct guess and removal of 1 credit ---> Customised set of points to be added to the users account 7. Ability to offer Guess credit purchase at different prices ($5=10 credits, 10, 25, 50, 100) 8. Ability to offer Guess credit at a discount 9. The game to close and when the correct word is guessed or timer expires 10. Multiple registrations and users ok - facebook signup ok [login to view URL] registration users get automatic 1 free guess credit 12. If a user correctly guesses word, then "x" Points are awarded to that user. 13. Points are used to purchase products in the Points Shop (possible to implement a 3 shelf shop - bottom level = low level prizes etc) 14. Guess not posted to website but to social media (facebook, twitter, Google+) The aim of the component is for people to buy "guess credit" ---> they guess correctly and receive Points ----> Points are used to purchase from the Shop (that has 3 levels of Prize options)
