209543 Joomla Menu Configuration

I have a Joomla site that needs to be configured so that all the menus go in the right place and all the content is where it should be. The site is pokertheorem.com. I need somebody who knows how to configure a Joomla site in the administrative area and also can modify the tempate/code if need be. (The site has a custom built template). Specifically - if you look at the 'full table strategy' section you will see green menu's on the left and content relevant to that section underneath. I would like the "What to do when" section to behave the same, and I would also like to add a couple more of the same type. I also may need somebody to go through the backend and remove useless content from it. The people that designed it did a good job - but they didn't understand how I wanted the site to function. If this can all be configured using the admin panel I would think it would take a knowledgeable person between 30 minutes to 2 hours.
