Copy, adapt and install a custom lamp system in new server

I have a custom membership system made in 2003, works perfectly in a dedicated server (Linux, Apache, Msql4, Php4) . CP: Plesk: my current hosting service has not renovated the Plesk license, I cannot login via Plesk, the access its via FTP, server root and database (phpMyAdmin) The system and domains are everything interconnected via php instructions, administering memberships dates and makes automatic actions according to it (suspend or reactivate memberships, send automatics emials notifying to the members, etc). Has 1 main domain (for members backoffice and admin system) and 7 secondary domains for members replicate websites. The system works in 2 languages Spansih and English. The programmer no longer makes the work and I don't have contact with him. The php explanations in the code are in Spanish. The general proyect objective is to have 2 separate systems, working in 2 separate servers. A source (old) system, in the current server, the copy (new) system, in a new server working with new domains. My project is: 1- Configure a new dedicated server completely, domains, dns, zone, smtp, high security, crowjobs, backups, etc. Linux, Apache2, Msql5, Php5. CP: Cpanel 2- Copy, install and configure my system in this new server updating the system php mysql versions. 3- Replace the main domain and 1 secondary domain for other new ones. 4- Make the system work with these new domains. Verify and test that everything is configured and working. The database structure will also be the same but without members, only the first member (the admin, ID =1) 5- Adds some small improvements (new database fields and frontend with simple html codes, the web design is not necessary). 6- The whole system will work if the emails sent to the members from adminsite, arrive to destination and they are not blocked. During years has worked well except for some exceptions. Work: analyze, correct and improve these aspects. (server configurations, php instructions, certificates, etc) 7- That the new system can be reinstalled quick and easily in the event of some failure, etc. To have in you a person of trust that can make it in the event of needing in urgent form. To establish the price now to make it in the future, if was necessary. It will be important that you understand how my custom system works and know how to modify - upgrade it. I will guide with a flow diagram explanatory. The communication has to be flowed, detailed and constant via email, because my language is Spanish. I can only read and write in English offline. Im looking for a pasion, expert LAMP home woker, with wide knowledge and experience, honest, with high moral, human and spiritual values. Companies to abstain. Its preferred he/she speaks other languages different to English or Spanish, in view to a future expansion.
