Mobile website creation & hosting service

We are looking for a highly motivated individual or team to create a service website for us allowing customers to create a mobile website using a simple point and click interface. this is a project we hope to expand in the future to include mobile phone apps as well as premium site creation so the company or individual must be willing to build a working relationship on this project. A simply description of the site would be a mix of [login to view URL] and dudamobile, people have a variety of premade templates to chose from and can change the menu, the page text and the color schemes. The project will require a similar level of automation as dudamobile. In more details. Upon entering the creator the customer will be presented with a variety of premade, but customisable templates to chose from. All elements of the mobile site would be controlled via CSS and predefined textures so once the customer is happy with the design, the CSS file generated will control the sites apearance from the library of resources we would make available. After finalising a design, the customer will be taken to a screen to fill out the titles of each page and the content for the mobile site, each page will also be made up of a variety of predefined templates. After saving the design and content, the customer will be given a snippet of code to include on their site for mobile device detection and redirection to the mobile site hosted on our servers under a unique subdomain. Additional options such as payments for premium options would be needed also (eg allow a customer to maintain the mobile address on their domain name opposed to ours) However these are yet to be finalised and worked out. These requirements and description are entirely flexible and may change as we expand and plan this project. We need a solid team capable of working with proven frameworks such as zend or codeigniter, as well as work with us to provide a top level service exceeding current solutions currently available.
