We need someone who is clever with php, oscommerce & MySQL databases. The problems are 1 : On our PHP powered webshop (OScommerce) we are unable to admin the site properly. When we try to add new products, or edit existing ones, it all seems to enter ok, untill I hit the update button, when the new information is not recorded and all the products information fields (price description sizes etc) end up blank. It all worked fine on our previous shared-hosting solution with Lunarpages, our present webhosts, but when we changed to the new VPS solution the problem arose, and we cannot work out why ! 2 The next problem is with our webshops MySQL customer database. Briefly, the problem is to do with the customer-default-address-id, which should be unique, but due to a bodged database merge, now has 930 customers who share a 'unique' number with 930 others ! How do we give these 930 customers new ids and enter their addresses into the database , and ensure that all new customers will get a unique id from now on !
