559782 Android/BlackBerry/iPhone custom barecode-type app

I am in need of an app that has cross-platform capability. Please see the attached PDF file for detailed information on this app. It's a very simple, straight forward app that will not need too much overhead in order to get it up and running. If for any reason you have questions do not hesitate to contact me with any and all your questions about this application. All source code will need to be professionally packaged for each platform along with any and all instructions on setting up the programming environment so that I may modify the source code(s) as needed in the future.
