Push notifications for an iPhone App

Hello, I am looking for a Dev able to add few functions to an existing iPhone App. This Application retrieve feeds from a Wordpress blog and publish the last news directly on member iPhone. However, as it, this app will be rejected by Apple Store. The following functions need to be implemented: 1)- Push notifications. Each member should see a small red icon in the bottom menu bar showing them how many news has been published since the last time they opened the Application. This icon should be as well indicated on the Application logo in the iPhone Applications Gallery. 2)(Optional) Retrieve the 4 last pictures from a category to roll them into a slideshow (already existing) and link them to the relevant article.
