127482 Add mem registration to script

I would like a membership registration added to a popscript events script you can see on their site. Members should register and validate via email link. Registration can just be login name, email address, first/last name and join date. Members should then need to be registered to post events. I would like signup to have antispam question and answer. More edits could follow. another feature required is for postings to expire/delete after event date. At the moment events just stay active. I would like event contact to be via an email form or pm system to protect email addresses. Before bidding note:- I am UK based and because of time differences will probably work via email.
