106238 Changes to homepage OSC

Need to make some quick graphical/layout changes to website. [login to view URL] Need to adjust left side bar to have "shop by price" option with same links now found under "shopping on a budget" Remove pictures under "Specials" in left side bar and have the pictures instead appear under the "specials" heading on the homepage (to the right of the side bar). Homepage should be changed and laid out as follows: Rings & Bands Watches Gemstone Jewelry Earrings Specials Shoppping on a Budget A couple other really quick graphical changes and put some info up that I'll provide under the FAQs, Price Guarantee, Testimonials, etc. pages. Lastly, need to have a hyperlink entitled "Authorized Skagen Retailer" on all of the Skagen Watches (only 17 of them). I'll give you all the info, you just create the page and add the links to the 17 watches. Pretty straight forward. PMB w/ questions.
