144940 Dealership forecast system d&d

Project Name: Dealership forecast system design and development I would like to build a set of web forecast system. It will work like below: This system will have 2 user types: administrator and dealers. Administrators can enter annual forecast of each dealership for income and expenses. Dealers can enter monthly forecast value of each dealership. By the end of each month, dealers will be able to upload an actual income and expenses report to this system. The adminstrator will be able to view monthly forecast report. The administrator should be able to export each forecast report into an Excel file. I would like this system to be built in PHP/MySQL. Some interface design is required.
