I would like to have the attached spreadsheet converted into a web app. The Following are the requirements: the page should be displayed as a single page user logon required 3 user levels: viewers, editors, administrators viewers - view only view only should refresh every 60 seconds editors - edit all cells auto logout editors after 5 minutes administrators - edit all cell options / edit users admin user management panel (add/delete users, change password) Entry Type for each column (as labeled in spreadsheed) PRODUCER NAME: drop down menu (list editable in admin panel) CLIENT NAME: drop down menu with "NEW CLIENT" option at top NEW CLIENT = a new client popup form: First & Last PRODUCT TYPE: drop down menu (list editable in admin panel) PREMIUM / LS COMP: Cash Box APP PENDING: Calendar Date Selection IN UNDERWRITING: Calendar Date Selection POLICY ISSUED: Calendar Date Selection PLACED / PAID: Calendar Date Selection Some very basic design elements will be needed such as a header image.
