MacAdmn GUI reports

Need to create a Lo-gin form so client can log in to see his own assets various reports in 2 categories (Sensor Based, Device Based). Reports depends upon the user rights, what he or she is authorized. (SA can control the reports for Admin, Admin can control reports for Distributor and User) You need to make MySQL query and get the different reports in tabular and line/bar graph format. I will give you MySQL data filled and GUI, so testing can be done at ease to final bidder. Each report should be capable of Display on screen,Excel, PDFs, Email (excel view)
