Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0 integration with existing custom shopping cart

Must have familiar working knowledge of MICROSOFT DYNAMICS RMS (retail management system) 2.0 - we are running the latest feature packs as well. Need customization done to both pre-existing WEBSITE shopping cart so that when a customer buys product in STORE it automatically ADJUSTS on website inventory as well. When customer purchases ON-LINE it sends information to MICROSOFT RMS as well to get inventory straight at both ends. Right now when a customer buys product in the store we need to manually scan most every item TWICE. Once for their checkout and another on a module on the website so it knows to adjust the inventory. This is way too time laborious and I'm looking to spend the money to streamline this so a customers product is only scanned once at checkout and information is automatically sent. --------------------------------------------------------------- Several other variables need to be taken into account - * Need the ability to select which items I want sent to the website for adjustment after I scan customers purchase - some items are NOT on both site and store. * Also need ability to catch inventory that may show up on RMS but not showing up on WEBSITE. (barcode value may be on local RMS register, but not entered in website - so when query is sent to site to adjust and it comes back 'not found' - we need to know on our end to manually adjust later). * Some items have the SAME barcode assigned to them, so if RMS sends barcode value to website and it comes back finding 3 results - it should prompt cashier to select which one is actually being sold now. Right now website has a module where we have to hand scan each of the items to adjust inventory down on site - when a barcode can not be found it displays the barcode in RED on the screen so we know to manually jot down and adjust later - same thing will need to happen when we're ringing up on RMS. It is absolutely essential that you are familiar working with Microsofts RMS system to make this customization. Our website is PHP based and has a MYSQL database hosted on a dedicated server through hostgator. -------------------------------------------------------- looking for a one month turn around on project - having a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics RMS is a must.
