10898 Pay Processor Script

I have a payment processor script that has a cron job which runs each day. The cron is set up to handle subscription payments. I need it to send an email notifacation to the subscription owner and to the member each time a subscription is paid, canceled, or no funds available and to retry the subscription in 24 hours. At the next time the cron is run. Also need it to send an email when the member cancels the subscription and when the owner of the subscription no longer offers the service as a subscription product. Need to update the database when a member cancels a subscription, so the next cron run does not email them again. All of the email templates are stored in MySQL database.
