108633 Picture Framer

I am looking someone with a good understanding of PHP, and possibly ImageMagik to help with an existing site. The site has a custom framing feature for art where a user can select a piece of art and then create the frame and matting for it. The current process to add new frame to the admin takes 8 images and I know it can be accomplished with one small piece. This is only the first of many items I need assistance with.
