When you will login and save data, data will first save locally and then will sync to my server. 3. Data send,receive will work through json as html is on your device and php,mysql on remote server. thats all.

I love doing work like this. I would use HTML5 and more specifically WebSQL to cache the data locally. Then use AJAX to check the local cache every few seconds and then sync with server using JSON. I have done this many times and can complete this for you in no time. Thanks! Bill
