Tools marketing email and fax PHP / MySQL

Hello, I need a freelancer to create a tool in fairly simple PHP with following functionality: A MySQL database for the Client file: id, username , gender , name, email , address, zipcode , city, country, fax , telephone For the management of the customer - Should have that can add via a web form to a CSV file to complete the database . - That can have different research following criteria. - That could have delete multiple element , one at a time or more . - Edit entry of a customer directly. - That may have one or more states that are part of a customer list for example, every customer will be tagged restaurant in restaurant list. For part emailling : - It will have the tools to be able to make e-mail templates and to edit , it will save in the database - A party may have sent or selected customers who wants to send a emailling by single entry or list , or both. - A script to send via mail function in HTML and Text.
