181640 VBulletin Tell a friend mod

I need some changes to a vbulletin mod called "Tell a Friend". You can get the plugin here: [login to view URL] I need this done right away. These are the changes I need made: 1. I need to be able to enter up to 5 email addresses. It is currently setup for 3. 2. The form can only be used by registered users. Registered users each have a referral link. I want the email that gets sent to include the referral link from the user that sends it. 3. The mod currently lets you specify the message that gets sent in the subject and in the body of them email, but it is hard coded into the script. I want the subject and body of the email to show on the form and give the user the option of changing it. 4. I need the form and the thank you page to look similar to my forum.
