We need to link the vTiger Ticket system with the Calendar and have it send an email to the tech to confirm the appointment. We want to be able to view the open tickets, assign them to an engineer, based on the available day/time on the calendar.
Time Tracker - We need to track employee and job time to track job costs. We need to track the time spent on Tickets and also remote support/calls. It should work similar to a stop watch with a start and stop button. When the time reaches a certain number (say 60 mins), we'd like an invoice generated for the customer and an email placed into a queue for review and then sending. If possible, we would like to have the ability for the customer to pay us with our Google Checkout integration that we are using with Zencart.
