Requirements for Web Development to take donations for local charity.

Note: Sponsor and donor are being used interchangeably in this document.
Site will allow users to make a donation by filling out a donation form. They will then enter the amount they want to donate and all of the information for their sponsor advertisement.
When they submit the ad it will go to paypal for payment. If they finish the process the ad will go live, if they fail to pay the ad will be released.
The website will be laid out with the charity logo and banner across the top.
A premium ad spot will run the width of the banner and the person or company with the highest donation will have their ad appear in this location (in addition to the spot they picked.)
Under the premium ads spot will be a top navigation bar that show donation levels. 1,000 or more | 500 – 1,000 | 250 – 500 | 100 – 250 | 1-100
The first part of the body of the site will be text blurb about the fundraising effort and explaining how to donate
The rest of the body of the home page will be the top 50 sponsor listings. This can be laid out in three columns.
The home page body will show the sponsor listings for the top 50 $$$ donations in descending order of the amount of the donation.
If two people donate the same amount, the sort order will be by date of donation ASC.
The sponsor listing will show the amount donated and all of the data elements the sponsor decides to share from the list below.
Required Data Elements:
Amount of donation, First Name, Last Name, Email address. (email address will not be displayed on output to website)
Optional:
Company name, website address, 50 word description.
Hidden data elements, date of donation.
