I am looking to have an Online Live Help Customer Support software where operators will be able to talk live to customers via instant messaging. There will be three parts to this software:
1) Standalone Application - where clients can get their own licensed version and install on their own server
2) Hosted Capability where the software is run on my server and clients who cannot run the standalone application can use the service offered on my server as if they were using the standalone application.
3) Native Operator Console for Windows (XP SP2/Vista supported)
