We have a Paypal Standard integration on our website which is in development. Basically, users of the site can add listings which customers of the site can purchase. If a listing is purchased, the customer must pay the user who added the listing for the service, and the website a fee. Everything is done through Paypal accounts. When a user makes a payment it needs to pay both Paypal accounts, one of which will always be a fixed fee to our Paypal account.

If you mean the customer just need to know the main recipient of the funds, then simple use Chained Payment. So, only the customer account will display on the recipient list. On Parallel Payment, all recipients will be displayed on customer's paypal account. Both are the same in the funds distribution, just the order summary display issue. Which one will you prefer?
