Website Upgrade with Ads integration

We will upgrade [login to view URL] 1. The homepage will look more like [login to view URL] But with the chitika ads to the right and the bottom. 2. We have uploaded the full quality .mov movie files (total of about 10 films) via ftp, and you need to compress to appropriate files and integrate with [login to view URL]'s ads delivery system without losing much of video quality. 3. We need to create another page where before people can enter the content, they need to press the bottom to verify their ages. Within it, 17+ contents movies will be shown and the ads will be integrated. Two movie filles for this page so far => call it adult content page. We will eliminate "Representation" and make the page into "Just Sleep It" series. 4. Create a system to easily upload the future videos and integrate with [login to view URL] by us for the main page, and the simple upload for the adult content page.
