Fix new download gateway - repost

Hello dear Freelancer , i'm frustrating with PERL code , i have hired freelancer.com recommended member , and spent today from 10AM to 8PM answering questions after half day he understood code/script , however was not able fix my website , yes my script is heavy modified , but this job can be done in 5mins , after flood in Philippines my coder (holy coder) disappeared, is there still PERL gurus here ? Please help me to make downloads working through Javascript generated(remote server , my sponsor) exe file totally working. I'll assist and explain details. ATTENTION , payment on 5th day next month , cause milestones created already. I won't scam you , i have 10 positive feedbacks and I want more.
