149879 PSD into HTML + paypal link

Hello, I have a website in PSD (all pages are done in PSD). i need someone to make crossbrowser HTML of these PSD + 2 form2mail scripts + a paypal integration where user fills a form, upload a file and pay by paypal. When Paypal replies payment is OK, the file and form are sent by mail to an admin and stored in a mysql database. I can review the orders done and the uploaded file + form in the admin secured by login and password. I need a quote for : 1. Cutting 15 pages of PSD (but I should say 3 PSD and then just declining them) 2. 2 form2mail forms (pretty simple) 3. The paypal integration of the payment 4. The back office so I can view past orders (dates, elements and uploaded file). I need this done in 3 DAYS MAX. Do not bid if you don't have time. If you don't complete this on time, you will have a bad REVIEW. Attached are the 15 files to cut.. So you can view them. You need to be on MSN/skype for better communication with me.
