Search Engine/App Developed

Hi I have a very simple app and website that needs to be created. The app will interact with the website, as the website should crawl certain sites for information from their local area. This information is displayed on the website but also on the app. I do not want to go heavly into what the app does etc. But you need to have experience with making spiders/crawlers, developing apps, api.
