Turnkey websites

I need a 100% clone dotcombuilder, the full template based turnkey website builder. Inlcude all the sciprt, graphic and manual There will be 20 turnkey businesses that can be built. For each business, there needs to be a choice of 3-5 templates, (or basically pre-designed websites), and 3-5 [login to view URL] must have the option of changing colors if need be. The customer will have the option of hosting with this company or using a different hosting company. This company also provides domain name registration if needed.(Both of these services need to be made available by paypal integration.) There is also the option of script installation for a set price for the people that come to the site and have no coding skills. (This will need to be an option with a paypal icon next to it. The customer will come to the website and have the choice of membership for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. In return for the membership, they will have a login and code that will be sent to them after payment. There will be only the option to change the password. Once they enter the members area, they can choose to go to a software download area for the needed software. This will be the Multi-Replace software, and the Ipswitch WS_FTP or CuteFTP software. Also, winzip if needed. There will be a tab for "create a site" where the customer can choose the business that they want to build, the site design and then the color of choice. They can click on that and immediately download the pre-designed website. They then continue to instructions on how to unzip their website and copy the files into the multi-replace software. They then change the YourWebsiteName, ect... to their own, and then the website is done. All that is required is upload, and if it is ran by a script, script installation. There will be instructions on upload and a tab for help in promotion, but if they need installation, there will be a fee TBD. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php mysql
