Sharepoint get user ldap properties and add to a url

I am after something that i can put onto a sharepoint either as a web part or as content code. The code will be required to: Get the current logged in users ldap values of primary smtp address and department. Add the primarysmtpaddress value to a url in the format -- htp://server/folder/%primarysmtpaddress% I will need to put the department value into a url in a similar way -- hp://serverb/rss/%department%.xml This will need to be supplied to a sharepoint page as a clickable URL. Also a set of instructions to complete this task would be prefered.
