Automated Newsletter System.

I want an automated news letter system adding to my site that I can manage. A user signs up (or we add them manually) They will automaticalaly get emails sent out at intervals that we specify. We need to be able to add more emails and modify existing ones and contacts easily. We will need a submit email box on our site.
