I am looking for a script that will have all the feartures found here: [login to view URL] I want the features it offers, but I want a few improvements. I want to be able to alter the look of the site using the template system. Be sure that you contact that site to ask to look at the backside admin functions, so that you know what I am talking about or I can give you a URL to can use to look at a sample as we go along. I need to be able to limit the size of the ads being submitted to a certain number of characters per line and the total allowed characters per ad, including URLs and/or email addresses: classifeds will be one size, top ads another size, and solo ads another size. I would like to be able to direct people to an individual page for each kind of ad. I need to be able to have the software, or me if needed, change the "target" URL of the advertiser from the one provided to one that uses a system supplied tracking URL, [login to view URL] URL. This will help the advertiser hide his link and allow my site to be seen as the place to go to buy advertising. The shorter, the better for the URL. I need to be able to edit the ad text before I send it out, and I would like to have the ability to search for "approved" ads so I can see when they were sent by the system to ezine publishers. Advertisers will be able to log in and see the "traffic" generated by their ad. Advertisers should be able to come back and purchase ads directly from the ezines that show good results individually, so the tracking system must be able to track the INDIVIDUAL ezine that generates the hits. Again, I would like this to be handled by the system, not me. Advertisers should also be sent a thank you letter when they order, when their ad is approved or rejected, and when it is being sent to the publishers. I would also like to let advetisers come rate the individual ezines, but the ongoing results will PRIVATE so I can rate which ezines may need to be removed from the program. On the admin side, I want to be able to move ezines from one group to another, and that change should be reflected in what the public sees immediately or once I am done making changes. I would also like to be able to add an ezine to more than one group, and I want publishers to be able to pick from more than one category when they add their ezine. I want the publishers to change some information (number of subscribers, ezine description, subscribe URL and email address, for example) by themselves, but I want to be able to edit the information as well. I need the system to send an email to the ezine publisher if they have NOT checked and updated their ezine information, subscriber count at least, every fourty-five days. I want three emails sent to the publisher. One at thirty days, one at 45 days, one at 55 days. I will be able to change the text, even if I have to do that by FTPing to the site to change it. The first two are nag messages, the last one will warn them they are being "removed" from the system until they log in and update info. The editors can also put themselves into an "inactive" status, if they are falling behind for example. ANY changes by the editor should send two emails, one to the editor and a CC to me so I know changes have been made. The ad information will ALWAYS be accepted in TEXT format, but if an editor indicates he has a HTML format ezine, the ad should include basic HTML coding so all he/she must do is cut/paste the ad into the ezine. When new editors "join" I should be sent a copy of the information they submitted or be able to access the info online somewhere. The ezine publishers must be able to particpate in an affiliate program. I am open to suggestions here. I do NOT want to rely on PayPal alone, too many problems with them, although I would like to be able to include PayPal links if I want to experiment. I have less problems using Egold, StormPay or Ebullion. I have accounts with 2checkout and iBill but both of those may be too dificult to work with since the price must be created individually. The publishers will participate in a 50/50 split of profits, but I would like to let the public sell our service as well, as a lower rate that I can change if needed. I have several more projects in mind for this site (an ad swapping system, subscriber acquisition system for example), so impress me here, and more work will come. I am looking for you to be able to make changes to this as needed for a reasonable cost. You will provide me the source code and installation information. This is a script for a competetive business, so I do NOT want this replicated for others. You should be available by email or ICQ sometime after 6 PM Central USA time zone. The programmer I will pick for this project will have a track record, references, good ratings here, and be willing to accept payment by escrow via scriptlance. 30% to start, 30% when you have it working on your site at a private link, and 40% after you successfully install the software on my system and provide the other deliverables.
