224420 Migrate some pages to Joomla

What has been done: What needs to be done: Move over some images and make sure they are showing up in the Joomla site. Move over a couple of pages and form to the Joomla site. Make sure all pages on previous site are the new site. There are not many pages. This is not a big site. Most of the work has already been complete. Just needs some cleaning up. I need to have this done today. It shouldn't take more then a couple of hours.
