PHP/MySQL Website with Google Maps Interface

We currently have a website with a logon script that allows different levels of user access. Website is PHP and MySQL. We need to add forms, inboxes and geo plotting of assignments via google maps API. Please see detailed specifications for specifics. ## Deliverables We currently have a website with a logon script that allows different levels of user control. Website is PHP and MySQL. We need to add the following functionality to the website: **Standard User Level** 1. 1. 1. Provide users an inbox for their assignments a. Inbox can be filtered by date range b. Inbox will list information in 2a 1. 2. Provide a form to allow input of assignments into DB a. Form to contain the following fields i. Client Name ii. Client Address 1. Street 2. City 3. Zip iii. Type assignment from dropdown iv. Job Duration from dropdown v. Job Date vi. Start Time 1. 3. Plot assignments on map via google maps api (We have example code in place for this) 1. 4. Provide user ability to print directions (We have example code in place for this) 1. 5. Provide on registration screen company information (Product will be used by multiple companies) **Administrator Level** 1. 1. Provide ability to view all inboxes of users within respective company a. Inbox can be filter by employee and date range 1. 2. Administrators cannot see other company's information 2. 3. Provide an option for split screen view of assignments by personnel. Top screen will have a 8 am to 5 pm timeline with 30 minute periods. Bottom screen will show assignments plotted on map with different icons for each user. Each user will have a different icon for type of job. 3. 4. Hovering over icon will show job details as described in section 2a of Standard User level description 4. 5. Administrator can move assignments in timeline by click and drag to new timeslot and database will be updated once committed. Assignments can be moved between users on timeline 5. 6. Administrator has ability to uncheck employees he does not want to see plotted on split screen
