Push Button Bang E-commerce build

Push Button Bang is a company that sells downloadable audio sample packs for electronic musicians. They want a new website to sell their products. The design of the website is already completed. The foundation of the website is also set up on the Joomla platform with the VirtueMart Shopping Cart in place. We need someone to apply the design to the website and develop the whole project in line with the attached brief.
