change text and html locations on SimpleMachines forum homepage

I am teaching people how to walk more in their lives!! The site is designed to allow a person to log in how much they walk each day and join teams where their walking amounts are added together as teams. The website is based upon Simple Machines / SimplePortal. I'm not looking for you to do any significant code writing. Rather, I'd like you to move and splice in code from other sections of the website. Upon starting, I'll provide FTP access. To show you what the project entails, see the attached .rar file. There is a good chance I may be able to get funding to expand this program to school districts around the State of California. So if we work well together this could even expand into the equivalent of a part time job (once the funding comes in, of course).
