We need to have a custom file upload widget added to our store. This widget must be specific to a Customer Number. Each customer will have their own unique File Upload storage. Customer will be able to upload multiple files at once to their storage. When using our shop, once the product is selected the customer will click "check out." Before checking out, the customer will be prompted to attach one of their files from their storage from a drop down/pop-up menu. Customer will also need to have access to modify, delete, and add to their storage at their convenience. From the admin side, we will also need access to each customers file storage in the case we need to upload files on their behalf. This can be done with webDAV or FTP. We need to be able to change the FTP username and password in the event we need to move storage elsewhere.

Where they can upload/delete the files to maintain the storage limit, after limit reached they cant upload file, admin can upload/delete on behalf of user to their quota.
