VB.NET, HTML Issue

Hello, I have a finance interface form in VB.NET that I fill then after I click a button, it should fill all the corresponding fields in a website inside VB.NET WebBrowser. All fields get successfully filled, but specific fields such as Social Security, Driver License are having an issue in VB WebBrowser. After Social Security and Driver License get filled in WebBrowser, I click on any of them and the text disappears. Please see the code below and the attached file of the program. I'm guessing this is a simple fix, but I'm not an experienced developer.
