PHP + MySQL Online Database is ready, we need to do some changes. - repost

Dear Freelancers, We are an Real Estate company, we have a website and a database which is connected to our website. We need to do couple of changes to our database. 1 - At the moment this database consist of Real Estate property + documents and images to those property, we would like to add a new feature to register our clients the same way we register property, so basically to create one more database table inside our existing property database. We will provide you with all the details. 2 - We need to change our locations structure, example our locations are like this now: "Location > Building", we want to change it to "City > Location > Sub Location > Building". All our data is located in 1 city now, so there will be no problems of transferring data. We have a fixed list of all Locations and Sub Locations, as for the Building - we will enter that data manually our self. 3 - We have different xml links for different property portals, at the moment all our data is added in all xml links(for advertisement), but we want to have an option to specify in which xml links it will be added. For example "Entry1" have to be advertised in "xml1" and "xml3", but not "xml2". It can be a pop out menu inside advanced property details or another window in advanced property details. Advanced property details is already there and all working perfectly, we just need to add one more function there. 4 - And couple of other small fixes, for example we need to move time in our logs 4 hours back because it is wrong at the moment. And to stay in touch with us in future, in case we will require any other changes or fixes in our database.
