Rackspace Server Admin - Need a few things done...

I need someone who is good with CLOUD SERVER setup, and installing stuff. I have a server on Rackspace Cloud Server. I installed apache, and linux myself (very stressful). I need someone who knows how to maintain and manage a web server through the command line and ssh login. I have Fedora 13 installed now... What I need done... 1.) htaccess for directories without index files to be not visible (ie. forbidden error). 2.) Displaying errors, right now it just shows an 500 error if there is an error in the php, but the error log catches it. I want that error to be shown and outputed in the php, not just show a 500 error. 3.) Install php-xml 4.) Securing the server, so its safe. (this maybe already done, but just checking would be nice). I will probably have this person as my go to guy for server support, so I will pay well, and fast. For these 4 things, I will be paying $50 for... they should be simple for someone who knows what they are doing with web server stuff. :)
