Recreate plug-in to suite Needs

[login to view URL] has a plug in that actually fills another form with idx. We want to copy that widget's attributes, and do two main things: First, if a user is on our site such as [login to view URL] or any extra path of Clermont, such as [login to view URL], we want the city automatically selected in the form. Such as (forgive my lack of coding) if path = /fl/<'city'> autofill -option city 9531> if path = /fl/<'city'>/legends> autofill -option city 9531> Problem you may have with this is each city has a 4 digit sub code which is needed by the idx form. Second, I would like google auto fill to input the first part of the box upon entry that now only allows cities, and do a wild card form search for address, city, and zip. for ease our city list will be truncated to the city list on home page.
