Remove virus from my server

Hi freelancers, I've got a problem where I have a virus/exploit running from my server and I don't know how to remove it. I have attached a screenshot of the warning message. The problem states: AVG Alert: Threat Was Blocked! File name: ([login to view URL]) Threat name: Exploit Black Hole Exploit Tool Kit (type 2115) (More Info) See the image for more info. If you go to the image you can see the domain name and check it out for yourself. I have around 50 domains on the server, and have recently moved it from jumba to exigent so I could access clamAV. I have done a scan with ClamAV and removed some files found but this does not seem to have stopped the problem completely. Is there anyone who can help resolve this issue?
