156464 VBulliten Localization

hi, I want to have a localized version of VBulliten. I will provide language file (translated), and i will provide onscreen keyboard + editor which all three are in urdu. Programmer job is to integrate all three into VBulliten. As side note it is already have done on some sites. One example site is [login to view URL] Programmer will provide a hack to install onscreen keyboard and editor with instructions how to do it manually in case, upgraded version dont take hack installations. For those who have experience with Arabic/Farsi VBulliten systems it will be not a difficult job at all.
