P2P Client/Server Application

I need a Peer to Peer Client/Server application that can run without the use of a central server (hence P2P - Peer to Peer). The application will be downloaded from a website and when installed and run , will allow users to share images, and video files (JPEG, MPEG etc.) I need to be able to add different file name extentions. Now this program is not to be a Kazaa or Napster clone i can write that myself, but i need the same sort of functions as the program below but alot better/faster (multithreaded)and i want to enhance and add more features: [login to view URL] - I want an exact clone of the features the layout is not too much of a problem. I use the program above as an example as this demonstrates the use of thumbnails images without having to download the actual image first. The program needs to be fast, and run without any extra ocx or dll files. As i program in Visual Basic 6.0, the program is also going to be written in VB6.0. When a user is clicked the shared folders for the user are displayed which are catagories for images and video files. 2. When a folder is clicked the application shows a thumbnail view of the images in that folder remotely, This needs to be fast. 3. Then when a thumbnail image is clicked the full sized image will be downloaded and displayed. This is all i am looking for at the moment as i can add the other features myself. As for the video files function, i want this to be a seperate form that just acts like a normal downloading app (using multithreaded for speed!) Any questions or comments please reply.
