Detect an Audio Inside another audio

I need to detect when a Sound (WAV, MP3, or whatever you decide to use) appears on a realtime audio (doesn't stop anytime) connected in the "Line In". When dettected a Grid must be fill with a date, time, and detecting if the audio was complete played. It could be looking for many audios. Is like an INSTR function, but it applies to audio.
