Find the Deleted Files on Hard Disk

Hello I need a function/procedure in Visual Basic 6.0 which shall get me the delete files on Hard Disk (C: / D: / E ..... ) and also recover them. The list of deleted files found should be shown in a list with another colom which says the condition of file ( yes/no for can be recovered or not ).
