Build Blog style Mobile site that shows Vines

Here are some images that explain how I want the website to look and work It will be similar to the look and feel of the Vine app, but we will make it different enough so it's not in copyright violation. Here is the main page, [login to view URL] I just want it to be a stream of vine videos that I post, and if the user scrolls down end when they reach the bottom, more videos load. The videos I post have facebook like and comment buttons, also share buttons. If the user clicks the comment button, they are taken to another page that just displays the video along with a facebook comment thread. Here is the navigation tab, [login to view URL] And here is what I need you to do with the most popular page [login to view URL] The users should be able to view the most popular videos on my site by week, month, and all time. I want the website to run the popular page by itself, meaning, based on how many facebook likes and comments each video has, it will correctly place them in order of most to least popular. All I have to do to update the site is to just post a new vine, so it would be awesome if you could find a way that would let me do this from my iPhone. All I would need to do is enter the vine title and author, and the embed code I get from vine, and send it to my site. Also, I will probably need help maintaining the site so there will be future work for you. Let me know if this is something you can do, and let me know how long it will take, thanks!
