198208 build web prototype

I need to create a web PROTYPE for an environmental site. I do have a documento of 22 pages that describe the site and a mockup I did for one of the pages structure. I would need someone that would create a full prototype of the site with all the options on each of the pages, so that I can give it to a team of programmers and do the coding plus xhtml. Site will allow to search for companies, products, news, events, people, articles, all related to environmental issues. It will like a directory. I would need a functional prototype with links to all pages, based on the document I have, and a thinking head to position them in the layout correctly or even adding new options that I did not have in mind or forgot. If you have experience on the creation of web prototypes, please contact me and tell me about your experience. If you own a team of programmers as well, this will even better because later I can assign web creation to you. Please send details about your company as well, number of employees, skills and so on. The project will be finally done in php+mysql+ajax+css/xhtml. I will send document only to those companies that match what I am looking for.
